Frequently Asked Questions About Anti-G Suit Manufacturing

How does an anti-G suit for pilots work?

An anti-G suit for pilots uses pressurized bladders around the abdomen, thighs & calves to limit blood pooling during high-G flight. This helps reduce the risk of vision loss, blackout, and G-induced loss of consciousness (G-LOC).

Is Vinyl Technology a qualified anti-G suit manufacturer?

Yes. Vinyl Technology is included on the Qualified Producers List and manufactures anti-G suits to MIL-DTL-83406D requirements. The U.S. Navy, Air Force, and Air Force Thunderbirds have also selected Vinyl Technology to manufacture pressurized anti-G garments for pilots.

What makes Vinyl Technology one of the best choices for anti-G suit manufacturing?

Vinyl Technology combines military-qualified production experience with decades of work on pressurized flight garments. As an anti-G suit manufacturer, we produce equipment to demanding military specifications and have supplied garments for U.S. military aviation programs.
