Vinyl Technology has reliably manufactured and worked with coated fabrics and polymer films, and we put that experience into every waterproof bag we build. A watertight dry bag depends on its seams as much as its fabric. We use RF welding to fuse thermoplastic-coated materials into a continuous seam with no stitch holes for water to work through. Designs that call for industrial sewing get seam treatments matched to the exposure level, and closures can include roll-tops, drawstrings, zippers, or air purge valves that let air escape so a packed bag compresses for storage.
